1. We once lived among the Divine Ones.
2. Uron was born among the Divine Ones.
3. The Divine Ones taught us The Ways.
4. Long ago The Divine Ones cast us into exile within Zerus.
5. Uron was born to this world within Zerus.
   
6. These are The Ways.
7. There is the Divine and there is the Beast.
8. The ways that are Divine are: patience, restraint, wisdom, and charity.
9. The ways that are Beastly are: impatience, cruelty, foolishness, and greed.
10. There is the Test of Divinity.
11. Whenever we choose the way of the Beast, we fail the Test of Divinity.
12. There is the Curse of the Beast.
13. The Way gives us the punishments for those who are Cursed of the Beast.
14. Those who are impatient are to be punished with confinement.
15. Those who are cruel are to be punished with beating.
16. Those who are foolish are to be punished with shunning.
17. Those who are greedy are to be punished with tithes to the priests.
18. The Way gives us the rewards for those who pass the the Test of Divinity.
19. Those who are patient are to be given heed.
20. Those who are restrained are to be given assistance.
