Outdoorsman

The outdoorsman is the master of the wild, able to fashion shelter and make various implements, but also to mine ore, pick plants, gather moss, cut down trees, catch fish, and almost any other naturally occurring thing.

Gather

Ability

Roll against your Profession (Outdoorsman) to gather any crafting materials that are present in the surrounding flora. Gather a quantity of material equal to one plus the amount you exceeded the test. You may gather from a source a particular number of times depending on its size. Tiny can be harvested once. Small can be harvested twice. Medium can be harvested four times. Large can be harvested eight times. Giant can be harvested sixteen times. Titanic can be harvested thirty two times.

Roll against your Profession (Outdoorsman) to mine a vein of ore. Gather a quantity of ore equal to one plus the amount you exceeded the test. Requires a Pickaxe or a weapon with the trait Pickaxe. You may gather from a source a particular number of times depending on its size. Tiny can be harvested once. Small can be harvested twice. Medium can be harvested four times. Large can be harvested eight times. Giant can be harvested sixteen times. Titanic can be harvested thirty two times.
