Sub-Classes

Sub-classes represent the different categories and styles of each class. Some are approaches to battle, others are merely reflections of the types of jobs that the class will do. When a character chooses a sub-class, they gain a +2 skill modifier in the two skills listed beside it. This should not be considered actual knowledge in any of the skills, but instead a natural adeptness. So Profession, Lore, and Magic skills do not give any of the bonuses of buying the rank. But they are in effect every time the chosen skill is rolled for a test. In a unique manner, they may exceed primary statistic caps as well. Also, as a bonus, any skill listed becomes favored if it was not previously.
