Delay
Your physical delay pool is a quantity of points which you may spend in order to carry out actions. This quantity is equal to your AGI and resets at the beginning of every turn. Different actions within the game require different amounts of delay, where slow actions require more delay and quick actions require less. Every action, including observation, movement, and attacking require differing amounts of delay. This is why weapons such as daggers or brass knuckles have a low delay, whereas great swords have a high delay.
Magical delay functions on the same principles as physical delay. However, instead of being calculated based upon your AGI rating, your MAG rating is used. Also, instead of delay being determined by the weapon you are using, it is instead determined by the spell. Your magical delay differs significantly from your physical delay in that it cannot be used for things such as movement, observation, or other physical abilities. It is constrained only to the usage of spells.
